These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Footy Tipster's Website, located at www.footytipster.co.uk.

1.GENERAL SUBSCRIPTION PLAN TERMS.

1.1 Promotional and Trial Offers. We may offer trial or promotional Plans (each, a "Trial Plan"). Some Trial Plans may, as communicated to you, automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the end of the Trial Plan.

1.2 Payment; Renewal.

If you sign up through us and are billed by us, then the billing terms described below in this section 1.2 will apply to your subscription.

For customers on a subscription Plan, if all payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your subscription Plan, your access will be cancelled. If you wish to regain access you must complete the sign up process again & create a new plan.

UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO AUTO RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR PLAN WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YOU AUTHORIZE US TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE FEE AND APPLICABLE TAXES FOR THE PLAN, USING ANY PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU. PLAN FEES AND FEATURES MAY CHANGE OVER TIME. HOWEVER, ANY INCREASE IN THE FEE WILL NOT AFFECT THE COST OF YOUR PLAN DURING ITS TERM. YOUR RENEWAL PLAN WILL BE THE ONE WE CHOOSE AS BEING CLOSEST TO YOUR PLAN.

You may cancel the auto renewal of your Unlimited Plan by visiting your account section and adjusting your subscription settings. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund of any fees already paid.

1.3 Service Restrictions. We reserve the right to accept or refuse subscriptions. You may not transfer or assign your subscription or any benefits from the Plan. You may only use your Plan for your purposes only.

COMPETITON ENTRY TERMS

  • Entry into the competition is acceptance of these terms.
  • ALL Entrants must be a UK resident and aged at least 18 years of age to claim a prize.
  • Prizes given will be subject to availability at the time of winners being chosen.
  • The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries which are incomplete, which fail to be submitted properly or are entered after the closing date.
  • Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not entitled to participate in this competition.
  • No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. AWARD OF THE PRIZE

ANNOUNCEMENT DATE WILL BE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE COMPETITION ENDING

  • The promoter will contact the winner via the email address provided to enter the competition, if provided. If the winner cannot be contacted, is not available or has not claimed their prize within 7 days of contact, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from valid submissions received before the closing date . The winner may also be announced via Footy Tipster social media channels.
  • Please allow 14 working days for prizes to be sent. If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 5 of days from the Announcement Date to claim. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
  • Details of the prize will be sent to the email address provided by the winner within 14 working days of confirmation of details. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure their contact details used to enter the competition are correct.
  • The prize cannot be sold, exchanged, refunded or returned. There is no cash alternative.
  • The promoter's decision on the validity or acceptance of entries and award of prizes is final and binding and the promoter may cancel of modify the terms relating to this offer at any time.
  • For some competitions; The winner will be chosen at random from all from all successful, eligible entries.
  • For competitions based on skill; The winner will be chosen by the highest scoring competitor; Including our Fantasy Football league
